1. Why should I choose Bridal Image?
Bridal Image has such a large selection of modest gowns that there is no reason to go anywhere else! We also carry bridesmaid and prom, mother of the bride and groom, and flower girl dresses, in many different sizes and styles. Our attention to detail and service are what sets us apart. Our expert seamstress will help make your gown fit just perfect and you will be able to choose from a variety of different veils, shoes, jewelry, and more accessories to accent your beautiful wedding gown. Your groom will also look great in a tuxedo rented from our store. We are also a proud Authorized Retailer of Maggie Sottero, Casablanca, Bonny and Venus gowns. We always say that this is serious fun... and we mean it!
2. Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?
No appointments are necessary. We gladly take walk-in brides and are happy to serve you. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find the best dress that fits you!
3. What are your store hours?
Bridal Image's store hours are Monday and Thursday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
4. How do I get to your store?
Bridal Image is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Salt Lake City and 30 minutes from Ogden in Bountiful, Utah. From I-15, take Exit 315 and go east two blocks. We are in The Square@2600 shopping center on the right side of the road. Please click here to print off a map to our store.
5. What sizes do you have available?
We carry sizes 0 through 28 in most styles of dresses and also have a seamstress available to help custom-fit your dress to you.
6. I'm not in Utah but I know what dress I want. Can I still get a dress from you?
We have many brides who call from around the country because they know that Bridal Image is the source for modest bridal gowns and is also an official Authorized Retailer of Maggie Sottero gowns. There are four ways to order your gown, In-person at our showroom, by phone, fax, or through e-mail. We will work with you to find the best gown for your needs and can ship it to you wherever you are located. Click here to find out how to order your gown.
7. What if I need alterations on my gown? Are alterations included in the price of the gown?
Although you may find a gown that fits you perfectly, most gowns need a few alterations to make they fit you best. We professional seamstresses available for your convenience. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown; however, charges are minimal. Our seamstresses are very skilled and have many years experience and will get your gown altered in a timely matter. Also make sure to give yourself enough time to buy your dress, get it fitted, and have the alterations done.
8. What if I'm getting married in the temple?
We specialize in helping the LDS bride find the dress that works for her! If will be married in a temple ceremony, remember that your gown must be with and long-sleeved, high in the back and around the neck. Any lace or overlay must be lined and any detail or ornamentation must be white or clear. Although we do carry Utah's largest selection of modest bridal gowns, we also have other styles available; if you find a dress that does not meet these requirements, alterations are available to make the dress temple-ready.
9. Do you rent dresses?
We do have some dresses available for rent. If price is your reason for wanting to rent a dress, you'll be surprised at the many styles of gowns at or below the price of renting. Also come in and ask us about our clearance dresses, which are always on sale!
