Your groom will also look great in a suit or tuxedo rented from our store. Our consultants are experts in making you feel comfortable while finding the dress you have always dreamed of. Do you require an appointment?

We do not require appointments, but they are recommended, especially on weekends and during our busy seasons. We gladly welcome walk-in brides, as we can accommodate them and are happy to serve you. Please make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find the best dress that suits your taste and style. Schedule an appointment now.

What are your hours?

Bridal Image’s store hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Thursday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

How do I get to your store?

Bridal Image is conveniently located just minutes from Salt Lake City or Ogden in Bountiful, Utah. From I-15, take Exit 315 and go east two blocks. We are in The Square@2600 shopping center on the right side of the road.

What sizes do you have available?

Our gowns are available in sizes 0-30.

I’m not in Utah, but I know what dress I want - can I still buy one from Bridal Image?

We have many brides who call from around the country (and the world) because they know that Bridal Image is the source for modest bridal gowns and is also an official Authorized Retailer of Maggie Sottero gowns. We can also ship them to you. We will work with you to find the best gown for your needs and can ship it to you wherever you are located. Browse our gowns here.

How do I order a gown online?

If you would like to order a gown from our website, you can do so by calling (801) 294-0644 , emailing us at bridalimage@comcast.net, or messaging us through this website. While we do not accept returns or give refunds on gowns purchased in our store, we can accept returns of gowns purchased through our website under the following conditions:

  • We must be notified by email or by phone within 48 hours of receiving your gown that you are returning the gown.

  • The gown must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of notifying us that the gown is being returned. A tracking number must be provided to us.

  • If no measurements were provided to us at the time of ordering, the gown cannot be returned.

  • Refunds will be given for the gown less a 10% restocking fee and shipping.

  • Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Measurements

Please have your measurements taken by a seamstress, dress shop, or other professional so you can provide them when you order. We need your bust, waist, and hip measurements to accurately determine which size will fit you best. It’s crucial to have these measurements because all dress size charts run differently, making it nearly impossible to guess sizing correctly. Also, if you don’t provide measurements when you order, the return policy is not valid.

Alterations

Although you may find a gown that fits you perfectly, most gowns need a few alterations. We have in-house professional seamstresses available for your convenience. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown; however, charges are reasonable. Our seamstresses are very skilled and have many years of experience, and will get your gown altered promptly. Also, make sure to give yourself enough time to buy your dress, get it fitted, and have the alterations completed before your bridal pictures. You are not required to use our seamstresses for your alterations.

Also, depending on the gown, if you need extra fabric or lace, we can usually order it with your gown.

What if I’m getting married in a Latter-Day Saint temple?

We specialize in helping the Latter-day Bride find the dress that works for her! Although we do carry Utah’s largest selection of modest bridal gowns, we also have other styles available. Our expert seamstresses are available to make sure the dress you want meets the temple guidelines.
